Jet City Velo Membership Application
Enrollment is currently closed. There will be an open enrollment for the 2009 season for new and existing members starting in August, 2008. Look for the 2009 application here closer to that date.
Requirements:
- All new members must have an existing member sponsor them so please, ride with us, get to know us and ask one of us to sponsor you! One of the best things about this team is the sense of community.
- All members (both new and returning) must complete and submit an application.
- All members must volunteer for one area specified on the application and must follow through on this commitment. If you don't want to help out, please do not submit an application; another great thing about this team is the sense of involvement and ownership.
- The completed application and check for dues must be received by the end of September. Because of clothing order deadlines and sponsorship commitments, no exceptions can be made.
